RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At FlexyCloth, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, and we aim to make the return process as clear and convenient as possible.
RETURN WINDOW
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following requirements:
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be returned in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging should be included when applicable
• Item must not contain signs of wear, stains, perfume, smoke odor, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined after inspection.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact our support team with your:
• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided by email.
Please do not send items back without prior return authorization.
RETURN SHIPPING
Returns are accepted through mail only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
In approved cases involving damaged or incorrect products, FlexyCloth may cover the return shipping cost.
REFUND PROCESS
After the returned item arrives and passes inspection, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Used or worn items
• Products returned outside the approved return period
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We recommend including photos of the issue so our support team can review and resolve the matter more efficiently.
NO RESTOCKING FEES
FlexyCloth does not charge restocking fees for approved eligible returns.
