SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and major holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated standard delivery time within the United States is approximately 4–8 business days (Monday through Friday) after the order has been shipped.

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or logistical disruptions may occur.

SHIPPING RATES

FlexyCloth proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.

FlexyCloth is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or additional carrier fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
